Day 2:
a) Look at SI units and how they were derived
b) Identify the inherent faults that existed in original units of measure
Day 3:
a) Review scientific notation - assign questions related to the skill
b) Introduce 1-step dimensional analysis - assign questions related to

Day 4:
a) Introduce 2-step dimensional analysis - assign questions related to
the skill
Day 5:
a) Introduce conversions with dimensional analysis that use more than
metric conversions (standard/imperial to metric) - assign questions related to
the skill
Day 6:
a) Look at the components of a laboratory write-up
b) Identify under which laboratory write-up headings information should
be organized
c) Enforce the importance of both quantitative and qualitative data
d) Introduce procedure for the density lab
Day 7:
a) conduct the density lab
Day 8:
a) as a group, construct a formal lab write-up for the density lab.
