| Aaron has recently completed his internship at our school. Aaron worked in my grade 10 science class throughout the semester. He taught the class for about a month. He covered material in ecology and chemistry. | |
| Aaron used my classroom, the hall, and the lab to employ many varied teaching styles and strategies. He was very challenged by the lack of motivation of several students. Using a variety of venues, teaching styles, seating plans and incentives, he was able to motivate many students who normally would not care to get involved or do their work. This demonstrated to me that he observed the need to change things and his genuine interest in getting all students to learn |

"He took special interest in them (the students)...their behavior improved with this personal attention" |
Prior to teaching the class, he observed for a month. Our discussions after these classes usually focused on the off task students. He seemed to take a special interest in them. He often counseled them during and after class. Their behavior improved with this personal attention. |

| Aaron showed a great deal of improvement during the semester. I believe that he would have liked to teach them a little more and I know the students would have enjoyed that also. Aaron has a good understanding of "life" and can relate to students and their needs. This forms a great base for him to become an excellent teacher. |
